Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing our services or digital products.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us through email or official communication channels.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.

Once a new billing cycle has started, charges for that cycle may still apply.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, strategy work, and downloadable products, all payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Marketing services already delivered

  • Advertising setup work

  • Consultation services

  • Branding or creative work completed

  • Funnel or automation setup

  • Digital products or ebooks already accessed/downloaded

3. Ad Spend

Advertising budgets paid toward platforms such as Meta or Google Ads are non-refundable and are managed separately from service fees.

4. Project Delays

Project timelines may vary depending on:

  • Client communication

  • Approval delays

  • Asset submission delays

  • Technical platform limitations

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional situations, refund requests may be reviewed individually at the discretion of Derma Clinic X.
